i started Nightjar after watching good businesses get burned by bad advice.
For years I worked inside bigger security firms, and I kept seeing the same thing: a small clinic or a two-branch credit union would pay real money for a test, then get handed a 200-page auto-generated PDF and a bill. No one ever sat down and told them what actually mattered.
So I left, moved the whole operation to a quiet stretch of road outside Hulbert, and built the shop I wished those clients had found. One tester. Fixed scopes. Reports written for humans. If I flag it, I can explain it — and I stay on until it's fixed.
The name's a bird that hunts at dusk, low and quiet, catching the things everyone else misses. Felt about right for the work.
